Abstract: PURPOSE: A skin chiller is provided, which minimizes thermal damage of the skin and can alleviate pain in treatment and minimize sequela after treatment. CONSTITUTION: A skin chiller comprises: a handpiece(100) which selects and mixes cold air and water and sprays them while transferring treatment optical energy by focusing it to the skin; a cold air feed member which is connected in order to supply the cold air to the handpiece; and a water supply member(160) supplying water for cooling to the handpiece. The handpiece includes: a grip body portion; an optical section mounted on the center of the grip body portion; and a spray nozzle mounted on one side of the grip body portion.
