Abstract: 본 발명은 발전설비 중 AVR 여자기 전압제어설비를 적절한 시기에 보수유지가 가능하게 하는 에이브이알 제어설비용 진단시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 진단시스템은 발전기를 가지며, 에이브이알 여자기의 성능변화를 진단하기 위한 것으로써, 상기 발전기와 online으로 연결하기 위한 코어분리형 전류변성기가 구비되어 있으며, 이로부터 단자전압과 필드전압과 유효전력과 무효전력에 대한 실제값을 샘플링에 알맞는 신호체계에 알맞는 진단 범위의 전압/전류 데이타로 변환하도록 처리하는 신호처리부와, A/D변환기를 구비하고 상기 신호처리부에서 처리된 진단데이터를 취득하는 데이터취득부와, 상기 여자기와 AVR의 여러 가지 형태에 해당하는 가상적인 수학적 모델을 저장한 후에 실제 측정시 상기 신호처리부를 통한 모델응답과 상기 데이터취득부의 진단데이타를 소정의 진단알고리즘(또는 GUI프로그램)으로 비교, 분석하여 그 결과를 사용자에게 디스플레이하는 PC조립체를 포함한다. 이에 따라, AVR 제어설비를 간편하게 진단하여 유지, 보수함으로써 전력공급의 신뢰도 향상, 전력설비 유지관리 기능강화, 전력예비율을 향상시키고 전기품질을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A diagnostic system for an AVR control equipment is provided to perform an on-line diagnosis which stabilizes, maintains, and repairs power generating equipment at low costs. CONSTITUTION: An auto-voltage regulator(3) regulates an alternating voltage generated by a power generator(1) to a constant voltage. An exciter(4) outputs an exciting current and voltage according to a voltage from the auto-voltage regulator(3). A signal processor(5) converts terminal and field voltages from the power generator(1) and real values with respect to effective and reactive powers into voltage/current data of a diagnostic range suitable for a predetermined signal system. A data acquisition section acquires diagnostic data processed by the signal processor(5). A PC assembly(6) stores a virtual mathematical model corresponding to various forms of the exciter(4) and the auto-voltage regulator(3). The PC assembly(6) compares and analyzes the diagnostic data from the acquisition section with a really measured model response by a predetermined diagnostic algorithm and displays it a user.
