    Abstract: A structure for fixing a stator in an axial flux motor is provided to prevent a ripple of a motor's torque and a decline of efficiency, to easily manufacture a stator and to reduce a manufacturing cost. A structure for fixing a stator in an axial flux motor includes a disk type core(11), a plurality of tooth cores(13), a stator frame, and an outside ring. The plurality of tooth cores are assembled in a predetermined interval according to a circumference of the disk type core. An assembly of the disk type core and the tooth cores are assembled so as to be mounted on a top of the stator frame. The outside ring is installed on a top surface of the stator frame. An inside surface of the outside ring is closely adhered to the circumference surface of the disk type core in an external diameter of the disk type core in a state of being mounted on the top side of the stator frame by the assembly. The outside ring is fixed and installed by being connected to the stator frame with a bolt in a state of being inserted into a cylindrical ring mounting groove formed on the top surface of the stator frame.

    Abstract: A flat type motor stator having a roll stacked structure and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simplify a manufacturing process and to reduce a manufacturing cost and a device cost by manufacturing the steel plate to be stacked into a roll shape. A flat type motor stator having a roll stacked structure includes a tooth(13), a slot(14), and a steel plate(11). The tooth(13) and the slot(14) are formed to be apart from each other on an upper part of a ring shape along a circumference direction. A winding wire is inserted into the each slot(14). A slot(14) is formed on the steel plate(11) at a predetermined distance along a length direction. The steel plate(11) is rolled and formed to be a ring shape which is stacked along a semi-diameter direction. Slots which are located on an inner/outer part of the stacked steel plate(11) are harmonized with each other at each position along a circumference direction. The slot(14) has the winding wire which is inserted into between the teeth(13).

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A slotless stator for electrical device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily wind coils by directly winding coils at a cylindrical core in which teeth and slots are removed. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical laminated type stator core(10) are formed by laminating ring shaped metal pins(11). A fixing jig(20) comprises fixing rings(22,25) arranged at both ends of the stator core and multiple division guides(23,26). The multiple division guides connect the space between two fixing rings of the both ends and being protruded to the inside and outside of the fixing ring. The multiple division guides divide the inner space and the outer space of a core at a regular interval. A coil is directly wound at the stator core in the inner space and the outer space of the stator core divided by the division guide.
