Abstract: The control device for multi functions and energy conservation, has a three-step display device for displaying user's setting temp., a four-step display device for displaying the quantity of residual water, and a device for judging, alarming, displaying disorder of the relay and electric heater. The device comprises a power supply section (1) having a circuit (K) for detecting the power supply of midnight, a circuit (A) for detecting the disorder of a relay, a circuit (B) for detecting the disorder of the electric heater; a sensor section (2) having a circuit (C) for setting and displaying temp., a circuit (D) for detecting and displaying residual hot water, circuit (E) for detecting temporary temp.; a control section (3) having a circuit (M) for deciding the power inputting time, a circuit (N) for deciding the power shutt-off time, a circuit (O) for preventing repetition of power inputting.
