Abstract: PURPOSE: A training simulation system for quickly and accurately evaluating AGC in a training simulation process is provided to evaluate the capability of dispatcher by performing a simulation training under a same condition of an actual power system state. CONSTITUTION: A DTS(Dispatcher Training Simulation) operator(510) acquires data required for simulation. The DTS operator relays the interval of a simulation unit(530) and the dispatcher and controls the simulation situation. The simulation unit practices the dispatcher training simulation. A simulation manager(550) manages the simulation by control signal. A DTS database(570) stores data created in the simulation process.
