Abstract: 선로고장시 고장구간이 분리되도록 함으로써, 차단기 자체고장인 경우 이외에는 폐루프에서 공급되는 모든 부하가 정전을 경험하지 않게 하는 폐루프 배전계통시스템에 있어서 배전간선의 경과지를 단순화하고 시설비를 줄이기 위한 서브루프를 포함하는 폐루프 배전계통시스템이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 폐루프 배전계통시스템은 하나의 변전소에 연결되어 폐루프를 형성하는 제 1 폐루프 배전선로; 상기 제 1 폐루프 배전선로에 연결되는 제 2 폐루프 배전선로; 상기 제 1 및 제 2 폐루프 배전선로를 따라 소정 간격을 두고 설치되어 부하로 상기 변전소로부터의 전력을 제공하거나 차단하는 복수의 차단유닛; 및 상기 변전소로부터 분기된 한 쌍의 제 1 폐루프 배전선로에 각각 설치된 제1 및 제2메인차단기;를 포함한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A closed loop distribution system is provided to minimize a range of a power outage by rapidly separating a failure section from a distribution line. CONSTITUTION: A closed loop distribution line(15) is connected to a power substation(5). A plurality of block units(20) are arranged along the closed loop distribution line with a preset interval. A block unit supplies or blocks the power from the sub station to the load. A block unit includes first to fourth circuits. A first circuit is connected to the previous block unit. A fourth circuit is connected to the following block unit. The second and third circuits are connected to the load. The first and second main circuit breakers(10a,10b) are installed on both ends of the closed loop distribution line.

Abstract: 본 발명은 폐루프(Closed-Loop) 배전계통시스템에 관한 것으로서, 하나의 변전소에 연결되어 폐루프를 형성하는 폐루프 배전선로와, 폐루프 배전선로를 따라 소정 간격을 두고 설치되어 부하로 상기 변전소로부터의 전력을 제공하거나 차단하는 복수의 차단유닛과, 변전소로부터 분기된 한 쌍의 폐루프 배전선로에 각각 설치된 제1 및 제2메인차단기(회선 CB)를 포함한다. 이에 의해, 배전계통을 폐루프로 형성하여 고장이 발생한 배전선로 구간만을 차단할 수 있도록 하고, 고장이 발생한 배전선로의 구간의 가장 인접한 양측의 차단유닛에서만 트립을 발생시켜 차단구간을 최소화할 수 있다. 또한, 차단유닛 내부 또는 차단유닛에 연결된 부하의 고장을 감지하고, 각 분기선로의 고장시 배전선로로부터 분리되도록 함으로써, 정전의 확산을 방지할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A main power source blocking part(110) senses the voltage state of a main power source and generates input signals in case of the generation of disturbance. A sub power source blocking part(120) operates to supply a sub power source due to input signals.
