Abstract: PURPOSE: A spacer damper and an apparatus for fixing a power transmission line are provided to prevent electric field concentration from a wire by separating the small conductor of a power transmission line and fixing an auxiliary line. CONSTITUTION: A small conductor clamp(120) surrounds the outside of the small conductor forming the power transmission line. An auxiliary line clamp surrounds the outside of the auxiliary line. A spacer maintain interval between the plural small conductor clamps and the auxiliary line clamp. A first holding part(330) is connected to a spacer. A second holding part(340) is combined with the first holding part to be separable from the first line in order to fix the auxiliary line. An anchoring bolt(350) combines the first holding part and the second holding part. A fixing cover part(380) prevents the rotation of the first holding part.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for assessing and analyzing electrical environmental damage of a power facility capable of assessing and analyzing various kinds of possible electrical environmental damage around an AC or DC power facility by measuring each damage element in general and a method thereof. To that end, the present invention includes: a meteorological sensor which senses meteorological conditions around a power facility; an electrical environmental sensor which measures values of damage elements due to electrical impacts around the power facility; an input interface which digital-converts meteorological signals sensed by the meteorological sensor and electrical environmental signals measured by the electrical environmental sensor; and an electrical environmental damage analysis unit which acquires valid data from meteorological data from the meteorological sensor and electrical environmental data from the electrical environmental sensor through the input interface, analyzes the valid data by sensing or measurement item through statistical processing, and calculates the amount of environmental damage based on the analyzed data.
