Abstract: 본 발명은 송전선에 설치되는 감시장치를 이용하여 송전선의 운전상태, 기상조건 등의 데이터를 확보하고, 송전선의 예방 진단을 통한 안정적인 전력을 공급하기 위한 송전선 감시 시스템 및 감시장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 송전선의 상태를 점검하기 위한 송전선 감시 시스템은 송전선의 전류량, 온도, 기울기 및 진동에 대한 송전선 정보를 측정하는 감시장치와, 상기 감시장치에서 측정한 상기 송전선 정보를 무선 네트워크를 통해 수신하고, 수신된 송전선 정보들을 취합하여 전송하는 베이스 스테이션과, 상기 베이스 스테이션으로부터 상기 송전선 정보를 수신하여 저장하고, 수신한 송전선 정보를 기초로 송전선을 실시간으로 모니터링하는 모니터링 서버를 포함한다.-

Abstract: An optical signal converting apparatus and a method thereof are provided to transmit an analog time synchronization signal at a long distance by converting the analog time synchronization signal to a digital signal and transmitting the converted signal through an optical cable. An optical signal converting apparatus includes a first signal processing part(110), a second signal processing part(120), and a synthesizing part(130). The first signal processing part compares an analog time synchronization signal with a first critical value, converts the analog signal to a digital signal, and outputs the converted digital signal. The second signal processing part outputs a digital signal corresponding to a zero crossing point of the analog time synchronization signal. The synthesizing part synthesizes and outputs the signals outputted from the signal processing parts.

Abstract: A system for distributing a clock synchronization signal and a method therefor are provided to acquire a room space and reduce an installation cost by generating various sorts of clock synchronization signals with one GPS satellite clock receiver and one clock synchronization signal distribution device without an additional GPS satellite clock receiver.
