Abstract: A method for diagnosing a flow hole blockage of a stem generator using a wide range water level rise rate is provided to prevent an unstable state of a water level by diagnosing and monitoring a flow hole based on a wide range water level rise rate of a steam generator. A method for diagnosing a flow hole blockage of a stem generator using a wide range water level rise rate includes the steps of: analyzing measured data of a wide range water level of a power plat(ST1-ST2); analyzing a heat water power of a steam generator(ST3-ST6); and comparing the wide range water level rise rate with a threshold variation quantity(ST7-ST9). The measured data analysis step includes the steps of: correcting the measured data by evaluating a measurer drift of the wide range water level; and calculating a variation quantity of the wide range water level during an operation period of a power plant.
