Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for assessing the economical efficiency of construction schedule change of a new power plant is provided to enable decision makers to make objective decision by analyzing the economical efficiency on the change of the construction schedule. CONSTITUTION: An economic efficiency analysis module(20) comprises followings. If the construction schedule change is needed, a manpower re-calculation module(20a) calculates the needed manpower again corresponding to the changed construction schedule. A construction cost re-calculation module(20b) performs an adjustment of the construction costs coping with the changed construction schedule. A construction interest re-calculation module(20c) estimates construction interest based on the re-calculated construction costs.

Abstract translation: 目的：提出一个评估新发电厂施工进度变化经济效益的系统，使决策者能够通过分析施工进度变化的经济效益来做出客观决定。 规定：经济效益分析模块（20）包括以下内容。 如果需要施工进度更改，则人力重计算模块（20a）根据改变的施工进度再次计算需要的人力。 施工成本重新计算模块（20b）根据改变的施工进度对施工成本进行调整。 建设利息重估模块（20c）根据重新计算的建筑成本估算建设利息。
