Abstract: 본 발명은 SVL 및 지중송전케이블의 절연접속부에 부착되어 상기 SVL이 정상적으로 동작하고 있는지를 진단하는 SVL 상시 진단 장치로서, 지중 송전케이블 크로스본드선에 흐르는 전류로부터 전자유도방식을 이용하여 상기 SVL 상시 진단 장치에 전원을 공급하는 전원 공급부; 상기 SVL에 흐르는 전류를 감지하여 상기 SVL의 열화와 동작 상태를 측정하는 동작 측정부; 상기 전원 공급부 및 상기 동작 측정부를 제어하면서 상기 동작 측정부로부터의 동작 결과를 디스플레이하는 제어 및 표시부로 구성되어 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A diagnosis apparatus for a sheath voltage limiter(SVL) on underground power cable system is provided to verify the deterioration state of the SVL and the operation of the SVL in real time by diagnosing a current flowing through the SVL. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(1) supplies power to a diagnosis apparatus for a SVL. An operation measurement unit(2) detects a current flowing through the SVL in order to measure the operation of the SVL. A control and display unit(3) controls the power supply and the operation measurement unit and displays the operational result from the operation measurement unit.
