Abstract: 본발명에따른내부개질형용융탄산염연료전지용촉매는연료전지의메탄수증기개질반응에사용되는촉매로서복합산화물담체와담체에분산되어있는활성물질로이루어지고, 상기활성물질은니켈이며, 상기담체는마그네슘-실리카복합산화물인것을특징으로한다. 상기한본 발명에따른내부개질형용융탄산염연료전지에사용되는촉매는리튬탄산염과포타슘탄산염이동시에용융되어증기로변환되는분위기에노출되어도반응성이적어쉽게비활성화되지않는다는이점이있다. 따라서, 본발명에따른촉매는전해질에대한피독저항성이뛰어나내부개질형용융탄산염연료전지의장기적인운전에서도안정적으로수소를제공할수 있어연료전지의수명을늘릴수 있다는장점을갖는다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A catalyst for inner reforming type molten carbonate fuel cells is provided to ensure excellent poisoning resistance against electrolyte and to stably supply hydrogen in a long-term operation. CONSTITUTION: A catalyst for inner reforming type molten carbonate fuel cells is used for methane steam reforming reaction of a fuel cell. The active material is nickel and the carrier is magnesium-silica complex oxide. A method for manufacturing the catalyst comprises the steps of: dipping nickel in an MgSiO3 carrier; drying a catalyst precursor in which the nickel is dipped; and sintering the dried catalyst precursor to prepare a catalyst precursor.
