Abstract:
PURPOSE: A device and a method for simultaneously monitoring corrosion and determining the end point of chemical cleaning processes of a power plant boiler by hydrogen gas is provided to prevent the excessive corrosion of a boiler tube by rapidly and accurately judging the terminal point of chemical cleaning. CONSTITUTION: A device for simultaneously monitoring corrosion and determining the end point of chemical cleaning processes of a power plant boiler by hydrogen gas comprises a reactor(13), a nitrogen purge device(14), a flow rate controller(15), a cooling device(16) and a hydrogen gas sensor(17). The hydrogen gas generated by a reactor has the reaction of the chemistry cleaning solution within the powerhouse boiler. The nitrogen purge device transfers the hydrogen gas introduced within the reactor to the hydrogen gas sensor at a fixed speed.

PURPOSE: Provided are a kit for measuring computation for refining, filtering, and replacing electric insulation oil used in electric equipment and a method for measuring the computation by using the kit. CONSTITUTION: The kit contains a mixture solution comprising a potassium hydroxide-alcohol solution or a mixture solution of solid potassium hydroxide and ethyl alcohol solution, and toluene in the volume ratio of 1-3:2-4 and 0.1mg-0.1g (based on 1-200ml of the total solution contained in the kit) of alkali blue6B indicator powder. The kit comprises a transparent container having a cover, which is sealed by inert gas. And the computation is measured by injecting 0.01-5ml of water to the bottom of the kit and mixing to make the solution purple-red and injecting the sample of the electric insulation oil to titrate the point when the color is changed into purple-blue.

PURPOSE: A device for cleaning PCBs and waste oil and a cleaning method are provided, which prevent organic solvent in the atmosphere from being volatilized. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning device of the waste oil and the PCBs polluted by a transformer comprises a cleaning solution compression unit(3), a cleaning unit(8), a filtering unit(7), a waste water storage unit(5), a heat exchange unit(13), PCBs and waste oil separation removal unit(6), and an organic solvent cooling and condensing unit(10). The cleaning solution compression unit transfers the fluid by the gravity difference using the indirect power and piston pressure. The filtering unit filters washing solution of the transformer and separates particulate. The heat transfer unit recirculates the cleaning water to the compression unit.

An air blowing system for performing an air blowing operation in the chemical cleaning process for a steam-system boiler is provided to use the boiler semi-permanently by removing the scale of the inner surface for the tube by periodically performing the chemical cleaning operation for a heater and a re-heater. In an air blowing system for performing an air blowing operation in the chemical cleaning process for a steam-system boiler, the chemical cleaning agent is formed by mixing 50 weight% of EDTA(EthyleneDiamineTetraacetic Acid), 1.5 weight% of citric acid or sulfuric acid as an addition agent, 20 weight% of diluted solution made by diluting the five-times quantity of the undiluted solution formed with 33 weight% of ammonic water and 15 weight% of pure water, as a solvent, 0.5~1.5 weight% of formic acid or glycolic acid, 0.5~1.5 weight% of the citric acid or the glycolic acid, 0.3 weight% of a corrosion preventing agent, and 76.4~78.6 weight% of the pure water as a diluting solution.

본 발명은 복잡한 구조물 표면에 부착된 산화구리 스케일을 제거하기 위한 세정제를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명의 산업용 발전설비에 부착된 구리 또는 구리산화물 스케일을 제거하기 위한 세정제는 1 내지 15중량%의 탄산암모늄 또는 탄산나트륨이 포함된 탄산염 용액을 주제로 하고, 0.1 내지 2.0중량%의 탄산수소암모늄(NH 4 HCO 3 )을 보조 첨가제로 하며, 나머지는 물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 세정제는 기존의 세정제 보다 용해도가 월등하여 세정제 용해도 저하에 의한 슬러지의 생성을 방지하고, 발전설비에 잔류시 발생할 수 있는 이종 금속에 의한 갈바닉 부식도 방지할 뿐 아니라, 화학세정시간을 단축할 수 있으며, 기존의 세정제가 가지는 독특한 취기가 없어 세정공정시간 동안 작업자의 인체에 미치는 영향이 없고, 암모니아 세정시 세정공정이 진행되는 동안 취기로 인한 발전소 인근 주민들의 민원에 대한 염려도 없는 장점이 있다.

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for recycling waste liquid generated from chemical cleaning process of industrial boiler by adding additives of 20 to 30 wt.% of ammonium salts and 10 to 15 wt.% of iron to the waste liquid, thereby recycling the waste liquid to remove NOx and SOx in flue gas. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (a) adding additives of 20 to 30 wt.% of ammonium salts and 10 to 15 wt.% of iron to the waste chemical cleaning water of industrial boiler, (b) heating the waste chemical cleaning water at temperature in range of 50 to 70 deg.C to obtain ferric, (c) passing flue gas through the heated waste chemical cleaning water to remove NOx and SOx in the flue gas.

PURPOSE: A method for checking leakage portion is provided to check the leakage portion in an accurate and rapid manner regardless of the thickness of tube and foreign substances. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of depositing a foam(20) to both sides of a plurality of tube sheets of a condenser or heat exchanger, through a foam depositing device(10); and a second step of checking the portion where the deposit foam is depressed, by applying vacuum into the condenser. The foam depositing device has a flexible pipe(40) arranged at a foam bomb(30) which contains the foam, and an extended pipe(50) is connected to the flexible pipe. The extended pipe has a foam deposition adaptor(60) arranged at an end of the extended pipe, and the foam deposition adaptor is formed into a dual structure including an inner pipe(61) having holes(62) for uniformly discharging foam, and an outer pipe(63) for discharging foam through an open surface(64).
