Abstract: A method for oxidation resistant surface treatment of a Ni-based superalloy, which can simply form a SiO2 film with excellent oxidation resistance on a surface of a Ni-based superalloy used for parts such as a turbine engine operated at high temperature, is economical, and can be directly applied at a job site, and gas turbine parts employing the same are provided. In a method for oxidation resistant surface treatment of a Ni-based superalloy employed as a material for parts of an equipment operated at high temperature, the method comprises the step of uniformly coating a surface of the Ni-based superalloy with a silicon sealant. The equipment employing the Ni-based superalloy as a material for parts is an equipment operated at a high temperature of 1,000 deg.C or more. The method for oxidation resistant surface treatment is applied to a Ni-based superalloy treated with a heat-shield coating. The silicon sealant is a silicon sealant comprising polydimethyl siloxane as a principal component. The silicon sealant is uniformly coated to a thickness of 1 to 100 mum on the surface of the Ni-based superalloy. The Ni-based superalloy comprises, by weight percent, 10 to 20% of Cr, 5 to 15% of Co, 1 to 6% of Al, 1 to 6% of Ti, 0 to 5% of W, 0 to 4% of Ta, 0 to 3% of Mo and the balance of C, Fe, N and Ni.
