Abstract: PURPOSE: A facility state display device and a facility state monitoring system are provided to monitor an electric facility in an overheated state and changes in the state are difficult due to the electrical and environmental reasons at regular times. CONSTITUTION: A facility state display device and a facility state monitoring system comprises a state display device(100), a state monitoring device(200), a data collecting device(300), and a state determination device(400). The state display device is attached to a target facility, thereby displaying a state of the target facility. The state monitoring device irradiates lights to the state displaying device and measures the lights which are reflected, thereby displaying the state of the target facility. The data collecting device records the data received from the state monitoring device according to a sorting reference set in advance. The state determination device determines the state of the target facility using the collected data.
