Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing impurities adsorbed on coal ash from thermal power plant through pyrolysis is provided to increase the purity of coal ash, thereby recycling waste coal ash as resources. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a supply part(100) for adjusting discharge quantity of the coal ash through rotary feeder(130) as flowing the coal ash using vibrator(120) by receiving coal ash generated after combustion of coal in the thermal power plant into hopper(140); a refining part(200) for heating the coal ash dropped onto horizontal plates(210) after being supplied from the supply part using a heating wire(220) mounted on the inner wall of the body of the refining part and controlling retention time of the coal ash using convergent rotation vanes(240) and divergent rotation vanes(250) mounted on the central body of the refining part and rotated through motor; a heat exchange part(300) for transferring the waste heat to the supply part through transfer pipe(320) by sucking in waste heat of the refining part in the operating process of transfer pump(310); and a collection part(400) for filtering the coal ash by discharging the coal ash to the heat exchange part through return pipe(410) and filtering the waste gas as discharging the waste gas to bag filter(430) through discharge pipe(420) after sucking in flying materials generated in the refining part.
