Abstract: A channel control method considering a telephone communication priority order in a CDMA mobile communication system limits the number of radio channel codes to be allocated for a new call to a threshold number below, gives a priority right to a hand-off call under a new call's blocking rate below a predetermined level, and minimizes an entire blocking rate of the hand-off call. The channel control method includes the steps of: setting a blocking rate of a new call and a hand-off call; selecting an optimized model minimizing a blocking rate of the hand-off call, simultaneously with maintaining a blocking rate of the new call within a predetermined level; and providing a solution for searching a threshold value to be allocated for a new call on the basis of the optimized model.

Abstract: 본발명은코드분할다원접속(Code Division Multiple Access) 이동통신시스템의통화우선순위를고려한체널제어방법에관한것으로서, 보다상세하게는각 셀에서수용해야할 트래픽의차이가발생하는비 균등트래픽환경에서신규호를위해할당할수 있는무선채널코드수를임계값(Threshold Type) 이하가되도록제안함으로써신규호의호손을일정한수준이하로유지하면서핸드오프호에우선권을부여하여핸드오프호의전체적인호손율을최소화시킬수 있는코드분할다원접속이동통신시스템의통화우선순위를고려한채널제어방법에관한것이다. 특징적인구성으로는셀별신규호에할당할수 있는적정채널코드수를구하기위해신규호와핸드호프호의호손율을설정하는제1단계와, 상기제1단계에서구해진신규호의호손율을일정수준이하로유지하면서핸드오프호의호손율을최소화시키는최적화모델을선정하는제2단계와, 상기제2단계에서선정된최적화모델에기초하여신규호를위해할당되어지는임계값을찾아내기위한해법을제시하는제3단계로이루어짐에있다.
