Abstract: PURPOSE: Fast fourier transform method and apparatus are provided to minimize output delays by changing the structure of a final SDF(Single-path Delay Feedback). CONSTITUTION: A plurality of SDF(Single-path Delay Feedback) butterfly blocks respectively performs a butterfly operation. A plurality of memories is connected to each SDF butterfly block. A controller controls the plurality of SDF butterfly blocks. The plurality of SDF butterfly blocks is connected in a pipeline structure. An output from one SDF butterfly block is inputted into a following SDF butterfly block. Each SDF butterfly block outputs 2 bits by receiving 2 bits.
