Abstract: An alarm apparatus and a method for prevention of car accidents are provided to prevent a car accident effectively by classifying a danger into a grade and alarming it by the grade. Information collecting units(110,120,130) collect an internal state of a traveling vehicle, an environment condition, and a traffic condition in real time. A danger determination unit(170) compares the internal state and the environment condition with reference information and determines the danger. If the danger grade is higher than the reference grade, an urgent situation alarm unit(190) transmits urgent alarm to surrounding vehicles and a display unit(180) outputs a warning message corresponding to the danger grade.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for automatically reporting ticket reservation information to a railway member are provided to increase the convenience of a railway member by providing a callback function to a reservation system using the Internet, and by enabling the system to automatically provide reservation information using the call-back function at the time designated by the member and to provide services for changing/canceling reservation tickets to the member. The interworking unit(215) performs a matching between the mobile network(220) and the publicly switched telephone network(230). In addition, the interworking unit(215) connects a call to the mobile network(220) and the publicl switched telephone network(230) according to sorts of terminals.
