Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for establishing a service level and a price policy of a composite web service is provided to create a performance model of the composite web service in which variable factors are applied. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring unit(110) monitors variable factors which determines the service quality and price of a composite web service. A policy establishing unit(120) reflects the variable factors and creates the performance model of the composite web service. The policy establishment part determines the service level and the price policy about the combination web service corresponding to the performance model. An internal monitoring unit of the monitoring unit collects the execution information of each component web service which is included in the composite web service.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A computing capacity control method and an apparatus thereof are provided to obtain computing resource by building cooperated cloud computing environment.
