Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for allocating a demodulation reference signal are provided to increase transmission efficiency by reducing the complexity of the channel estimation. CONSTITUTION: A demodulation reference signal is produced. The demodulation reference signal is allocated at successive subcarrier location for the entire transmission antenna of a user terminal. The demodulation reference signal is allocated in the different subcarrier location for each transmission antenna of the user terminal. The process of generating the demodulation reference signal comprises the step of circulating and changing the base sequence corresponding to the number of the subcarriers according to the transmission antenna. The process of allocating the demodulation reference signal comprises the step of successively allocating the demodulation reference signal to each transmission antenna one by one.

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for decoding a map, and a turbo-map decoder using the same are provided to easily process a desired data part for a decoding process by regulating the bit-width of operational data based on the modulating method of input data, when data, which is inputted in a turbo decoder from a demodulator, is decodes. CONSTITUTION: A first metric operational unit(401) calculates first metric data from input data. A first bit-width regulator(403), according to the modulating method of the input data, adjusts the bit-width of the data outputted from the first metric operational unit. A second metric operational unit calculates second metric data using the first metric data with the regulated bit-width. A log likelyhood ratio(LLR) operational unit(413) calculates LLR data using the second metric data. A second bit-width regulator(415) outputs a decoded data by reregulating the bit-width of the LLR data.

An apparatus and a method for generating an address of a data interleaver/deinterleaver remove an address generation error of the deinterleaver by generating the address by an address generation polynomial of the interleaver. An address generation device of an interleaver includes an exponent decision unit, a coefficient calculation unit, and an address generation unit. The exponent decision unit(210) calculates a prime factor comprising the size of a bit and decides the exponent according to the number of the prime factor. The coefficient calculation unit(230) calculates the coefficient of the address generation polynomial of the interleaver base on the prime factor and the exponent. The address generation unit(250) generates the address by the polynomial using the coefficient.

PURPOSE: A fuzzy-based voice/data integrated random access control system is provided to predict traffic load of a voice and data, and to dynamically control length of a reserved section of a frame, length of a reserved section of a frame, and an access permission probability of the reserved sections by using a fuzzy control, thereby magnifying a system efficiency. CONSTITUTION: At least more than one voice terminal device(200) transmits a reservation request message to a central control device(100) by recontrolling an access permission probability received from the central control device(100), and transmits information to the central control device(100) by using allocated slot reservation information received from the central control device(100). The central control device(100) predicts traffic load of a voice and data on the basis of a receiving result of the reservation request message, and dynamically controls length of a reserved section of a frame, length of a reserved section of traffic, and access permission probability of the reserved sections by using a fuzzy control, then transmits the allocated slot reservation information to the voice terminal device(200).

PURPOSE: An automatic gain control method of marine digital communication is provided to efficiently control the signal gain of upward and downward links. PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for data rate matching in a mobile communication system are provided to have a signal processing function for parallel input data in a data rate deinterleaving process by applying a sub block interleaver to a decoding stage of a receiver. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for data rate matching includes a plurality of sub block interleavers(110), a bit collection part(130), and a bit selection part(150). The sub block interleaver performs interleaving for three information bit streams respectively inputted in parallel. The interleaved data streams are collected in a virtual circular buffer of the bit collection part. The bit selection part selectively outputs bits according to the size of an output bit. The bit selection part selects the bits according to the size of the output bit.
