Abstract:
PURPOSE: An inter-cell interference mediating method through a wireless channel in a cellular system is provided to exchange interference mediation method between neighbor cells through a broadcasting channel. CONSTITUTION: HeNBs(Home evolved-NodeBs)(10,20) broadcast transmission power allocated to a RB(Resource Block) through a broadcast channel. The HeNBs predict an inter-cell interference value by RB with the transmission power information of neighbor cells. Cells establish a RB which wants to assign low transmission power in neighbor HeNBs. The cell transmits information about a corresponding RB to UE(User Equipment)(30,40). The UE transmit the information through UL(UpLink) to neighbor cells. The neighbor cell assigns low power to the corresponding RB.
Abstract:
An apparatus and a method for managing the search and execution of a home network service based on a home network are provided to acquire state information about plural home network devices in a home network environment, search a service associated with the device state information, and control the installation and execution of the searched service, thereby providing a service list suitable for the home network environment to a user to select the service more accurately. A service storage unit(34) stores the list of a home network service associated with a home network device(130). A device information analysis unit(31) analyzes device information acquired from the home network device to check a type of the device information. A service searching unit(32) searches the list of the home network service matching the type of the checked device information in the stored list of the home network service. A service executing and managing unit(33) manages the installation and execution of the home network service corresponding to a user's request out of the searched home network service list.

본 발명은 유비쿼터스 환경에서 추론 엔진을 이용한 의사 결정 트리 생성 방법에 관한 것이다. 센서들로부터 수집된 아날로그 데이터(하위 데이터 컨텍스트)를 양자화하여 디지털 데이터(상위 데이터 컨텍스트)로 변환하고, 변환된 디지털 데이터를 토대로 데이터 이벤트 집합을 정의한 후 이를 바탕으로 의사 결정 트리를 구성한다. 이때 의사 결정 트리를 구성하기 위한 데이터 형태를 확장된 방식으로 표현한다. 따라서, 의사 결정 트리를 구성하기 위한 데이터 형식을 확장된 방식으로 표현하여 효과적인 의사 결정 트리를 형성할 수 있으며, 데이터 이벤트 집합을 표현하는 방법과 의사 결정 트리를 형성하는데 필요한 척도를 새로 정의할 수 있다. 따라서, 새로운 센서의 추가, 즉 새로운 속성이 추가되었을 때 유동적으로 의사 결정 트리를 갱신할 수 있다. 유비쿼터스, 추론 엔진, 의사 결정 트리

Provided is a home network-broadcasting linking system and method for using multimedia contents of both a home network and broadcasting network. The system includes: a home network means which collects/manages a home network multimedia contents list and a broadcasting contents list, provides the contents list and repeats the requested contents; a broadcasting means which receives a broadcasting signal and divides the broadcasting signal; a home network-broadcasting linking means which transforms the home network multimedia contents list into a broadcasting contents list format, transforms the broadcasting contents list into a home network multimedia contents list format and transmits the broadcasting contents list; and an image process and user interface (UI) means which provides the home network multimedia contents list and the broadcasting contents list, transmits user selection information, receives the home network multimedia contents or the broadcasting contents and performs an image signal process.

A paduk servicing apparatus and a paduk servicing method are provided to extract arrival point information from a paduk image, and then send the extracted arrival point information with the paduk image in a digital broadcasting signal type. A paduk broadcasting supply unit(11) transmits paduk broadcasting data to a first transmission stream converter(12) and an arrival point information extracting unit(13). The first transmission stream converter(12) converts the paduk broadcasting data into a first transmission stream. The arrival point information extracting unit(13) extracts arrival point information from the paduk broadcasting data. A second transmission stream converter(14) converts the arrival point information into a second transmission stream. A transmission stream coupler(15) couples the first and second transmission streams with each other. A controller controls the operation of respective component parts.

A home network connection management system using a UPnP(Universal Plug and Play) and a virtual LAN multicast is provided to enable various application services in a home network interworking with a UPnP and effectively manage LAN resources. A UPnP-VLAN(Virtual LAN) interface unit(402) receives a request for registering a VLAN and a multicast address from a UPnP device according to a connection setup command of a connection manager. A VLAN management unit(403) registers the VLAN and multicast address in a VLAN mapping table according to the connection setup request received from the UPnP device. A VLAN mapping table(406) stores the VLAN and the multicast address as matching them. An Ethernet device driving unit(407) receives TCP/IP data from the outside, searches the VLAN and the multicast address from the VLAN mapping table, completes the received TCP/IP data with a VLAN frame, and transmits it.

Provided is a home-network UMB system and a method thereof for providing interoperability between devices connected one another through different types of middlewares in a home network. The home-network UMB system includes: a bridge core for establishing/releasing a connection between bridge adaptors of different types of middlewares and analyzing/transferring a universal middleware message in order to interoperate devices connected through different types of middlewares existed on a home network; and a plurality of bridge adaptor for connecting the bridge core to a corresponding middleware, and finding/releasing different types of devices, controlling/monitoring different types of devices and registering/creating an event for different types of devices through transforming a universal middleware bridge message to a local message of each middleware and vice versa.

A method for generating a decision tree using a context inference engine in a ubiquitous environment is provided to infer high level context from low level data context inputted from sensors in the ubiquitous environment by using the decision tree and flexibly infer the new context according to the current context by using a measurement processing technique. Data is collected from the second sensors in a state that the first decision tree is formed based on an attribute of the data collected from the first sensors(S100). If the new attribute is generated from the data collected from the second sensors, weight is set to the new attribute(S120). A data table for the data collected from the second sensors is generated by including the weighted attribute. The final data table is generated based on the data table and the data table for the first decision tree. The second decision tree for the data collected from the first and second sensors is generated based on the final data table.

Abstract:
An apparatus and method for managing and controlling UPnP devices in a home network over an external Internet network. The apparatus comprises a client connected to the external Internet network, and a UPnP proxy server for controlling and managing the UPnP devices in the home network. The client includes a stub for providing the same application program interface (API) as a UPnP API to a user, managing information of the UPnP devices and processing a device control command from the user, and a push client for transferring the device control command processed by the stub to the UPnP proxy server and an event message from the UPnP proxy server to the stub, respectively. The UPnP proxy server includes a bridge for managing the UPnP devices in the home network and controlling a specific one of the UPnP devices in response to the device control command from the client, and an agent for transferring the device control command from the client to the bridge and a result of execution of the device control command and the event message from the bridge to the client, respectively.
