PURPOSE: An article distribution management system using a tag and method using the same are provided to effectively distribute articles by determining the quality of the articles by detecting the storage state of the articles. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit(120) senses environment conditions within the storage space of articles or transport units. A control unit(110) determines the quality of the articles by using the environment conditions sensed by the sensor unit. A tag(130) includes a memory unit(135) which records the quality of the product. A reader(140) communicates with the control unit and the tag. When the article is determined as faults in the control unit, the reader records the articles as the fault in the memory unit.

A wireless communication terminal having an object information collection function using RFIDs(Radio Frequency IDentifications) and a method thereof, and a mobile RFID applied system and a method thereof are provided to more easily acquire object information in real life by mounting a mobile RFID module in a wireless communication terminal. If the user of a wireless communication terminal inputs an object information query request through an interface part(310), a mobile RFID application part, driven according to the object information query request, defines a rule for filtering raw tag lists, collected by an RFID middle ware. Then, the mobile application part forwards the defined filtering rule to an RFID WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability) platform together with an activation message, derived from an RFID reader part(320). The RFID WIPI platform makes a request to hardware by using basic software so that the RFID reader part can be activated according to the activation message. The activated RFID reader part forwards the raw tag lists to the RFID WIPI platform(330). The RFID WIPI platform filters the raw tag lists according to the defined filtering rule and delivers a result to the mobile RFID application part(340). The mobile RFID application part creates a query message for the raw tag lists and makes it transmitted to an external mobile RFID application part(350).

PURPOSE: An AAA(Authentication,Authorization,Accounting) protocol-based batch process billing method is provided to batch-process billing data which has been failed for transmission during a real time billing processing. CONSTITUTION: An AAA client requests user authentication from an AAA server(S301). Upon completion of user authentication, the AAA server generates related data on an authentication success or failure and transmits it to the AAA client(S302). The AAA client informs the user whether access to a user-requested resource is allowed or rejected. If allowed, the user can receive a service, and in this case, the AAA client generates billing data, generates a billing data transmission request(ACR) and transmits it to the AAA server(S303). The AAA server checks the ACR message and stores it(S304). If the AAA server successfully transmits corresponding billing data to the AAA client(S305), billing data transmission success is confirmed(S307). If billing data transmission is failed(S306), billing data transmission failure is confirmed(S308). In the case of the billing data transmission failure, the AAA client sets an ID for batch-billing application, generates a billing request message(ACR) and transmits it to the AAA server(S309).
