Abstract: 본 발명의 목적은 일차적으로 여러 규격에서 정의된 바와같이 EIR을 구축함에 따라 이동호 처리나 가입자들의 위치변경등을 처리할 때 이러한 요구에 대한 정당성을 검증하여 부당한 서비스 요구를 수행하지 않도록 하고, 망내의 다른 데이타 베이스와 연계하여 데이타들에 대한 신뢰성 향상시킨 가입자 관리 방법을 제공하는데 있다. 본 발명은 상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 이동가입자 초기등록/삭제처리 단계와, 호처리중 가입자 서비스 허용여부 검증단계와, 이동가입자 위치등록/삭제처리 단계와, 가입자 오류검증을 위한 EIR 검색단계와, EIR의 오류검증 및 복구단계를 구비하여 수행한다.

Abstract: adding or deleting subscriber information in a home location register and receiving home subscriber information; in response to a request for verification of subscriber service, analyzing the mobile subscriber number and mobile terminal number and searching for a memory with link; changing the mobile subscriber register memory in response to a request for mobile subscriber position registration or deletion from an ASS(Access Switching Subsystem) and processing the mobile terminal information in a subscriber management database system; performing a monitoring for a homer location register/visitor location register database in response to a request for error verification; and requesting for an information research the VLR(Visitor Location Register) and HLR(Homer Location Register) respectively for the home and visitor subscribers when an error occurs and recovering the error.

Abstract translation: 在归属位置寄存器中添加或删除用户信息并接收归属用户信息; 响应于用户业务的验证请求，分析移动用户号码和移动终端号码并搜索具有链路的存储器; 响应于来自ASS（接入交换子系统）的移动用户位置注册或删除的请求并在用户管理数据库系统中处理移动终端信息来改变移动用户注册存储器; 响应于对错误验证的请求，执行对位置寄存器/访问者位置寄存器数据库的监视; 并在发生错误时分别请求家庭和访客用户的VLR（访客位置寄存器）和HLR（荷马位置寄存器）的信息，并恢复错误。
