Abstract: A medical information management method of a medical information database operating system according to the present invention includes the following steps in which: a first user encodes first medical information having patient medical information by using a group key and encodes second medical information having patient personal information by using a personal key; the first user generates an index which corresponds to the encoded first medical information; the encoded first and the second medical information and the index are stored in a medical information database; a second user searches the encoded first medical information in the medical information database by using the index; and the searched encoded first medical information is decoded by using the group key.
