    Abstract: PURPOSE: A two-dimensional multi-layer disc radiation arrangement structure is provided to have a uniform electric performance in a wide beam scan range and provide a small size, a low cost and a light weight. CONSTITUTION: A center element(610) supplies a round polarization signal of a basic mode and forms a unit radiation pattern of FTEP via mutual electron wave coupling. A plurality of first ring elements(620) are installed at an apex of a cube where the center element is placed at the center, and form the unit radiation pattern via coupling of mutual electron wave with the center element. A plurality of second ring elements(630) are installed on the other apex of a triangular lattice having one or two apexes of the first ring elements so as to form a cube, and form the unit radiation pattern via coupling of mutual electron wave with the first ring elements. A circular waveguide arrangement support part(640) supports the center element, the first ring elements and the second ring elements.
