Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling a safety belt are provided to minimize injury to a passenger by controlling a safety belt depending on the sitting posture of the passenger. CONSTITUTION: A device(400) for controlling a safety belt comprises a sensing unit, a determination unit, a control unit, and a drive unit. The sensing unit senses an angle formed by a seat back and a seat cushion of a seat(100). The determination unit determines the upward and downward movement of a safety belt(200) by comparing the sensed angle value with an angle reference value. The control unit controls the operation of a safety belt fixing unit(220) depending on the determined results. The drive unit moves the safety belt fixing unit upward or downward depending on the control of the control unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A vehicle management device and a method thereof using an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) is provided to easily understand a parking position of a vehicle by transmitting position information of a detected vehicle using an RFID tag signal to a communication terminal of an owner of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle management device(100) using an RFID includes an RFID reader unit(110), a position detection unit(120), a parking judgment unit(130), a storage unit(140), a parking lot detection unit, a parking fee calculation unit(160) and a communication unit(170). The RFID reader unit consists of more than one RFID reader and receives an RFID tag signal transmitted from an RFID tag installed in a vehicle. The position detection unit detects a current position of a vehicle based on the received RFID tag signal.
