Abstract: PURPOSE: A lighting control apparatus and a lighting control method using the same are provided to offer the visual effect to the user by receiving the container status through the visible light communication and modifying the light color or brightness of the lighting device. CONSTITUTION: A lamp control system(10) comprises an illumination control device(100), a plurality of lighting devices(200_1, 200_2, 200_N), and a reservoir(300). The reservoir comprises a light emitting device(400). The reservoir and the lighting device implement the visible light communication according to the optical signal(LS) outputted from the light emitting device.
