Abstract: 본 발명은 자동생산시스템 성능분석을 위한 대기행렬 네트워크 이론을 이용하는 모델링방법에 관한 것으로, 종래의 시뮬레이션에 의한 평가법은 대규모시스템에서는 정확하게 평가할 수 없고, 시물레이션의 계산시간 및 비용에서 적절치 못하다. 이에 본 발명은 M개의 가공 스테이션과, 로드/언로드 스테이션과, 작업목적물을 운반하는 운작업운반장치와, 검사 스테이션을 구성요소로 대기행렬 네트워크 이론을 이용하여 수학적으로 자동화생산시스템을 모델링하고; 자동화생산시스템의 부품이 각 스테이션을 방문할 기대방문횟수를 산출하고, 기대방문횟수를 사용하여 가공이 완료된 부품 중에서 로드/언로드 스테이션을 통하여 배출되는 부품의 수를 자동화생산시스템의 전체생산율로 정의하여 산출하고; 자동화생산시스템을 구성하는 모든 공작기계 중에서 실제 가동상태에 있는 공작기계의 대수의 비율을 각 스테이션의 가동 상태를 평가하기 위한 가동율로 정의하여 산출하여, 전체 생산율과 가동율을 자동생산시스템의 성능평가 기준으로 하므로써 컴퓨터 연산시간을 줄이고 계산시간 및 비용을 획기적으로 절감시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A data throughput production method and system for inter system interference analysis are provided to produce the data throughput of a sacrifice system which is changed by a surrounding interference system. CONSTITUTION: According to set input parameters, a first calculation unit calculates dRSS(desired Receiving Signal Strength) received from a desired transmitter to a sacrifice receiver(240). A second calculation unit calculates iRSS(interfering Receiving Signal Strength) received from the sacrifice receiver to an interference transmitter(250). A PER(Packet Error Rate) calculation unit calculates a PER through the dRSS and the iRSS(270). A data throughput calculation unit calculates data throughput(280).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for generating a module for using an IETM(interactive electronic technical manual) as a course ware is provided to shorten time for moving and searching by forming a technical manual electronically and to analyze understanding of a learner to a product with a module as well as to use manual data in real time by searching the technical manual easily. CONSTITUTION: A paper manual or video/audio data are inputted from outside. The input data are converted into electronic data for forming an IETM and then saved as a DB(database). A course ware module is formed for a user to adopt the electronic data as a course ware. Finally, a learning estimating module is generated to estimate understanding of the user after the user learns the IETM by the courseware module. Thus, the learning estimating module analyzes learning achievement degree of the user, time required for each paragraph of the IETM as well as learning pattern and path of the user.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A data processing amount resolution method is provided to calculate data throughout by using packet error rates calculated by using a calculated SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio). CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication system generates an interference link and a sacrifice link(S203,S205). The system respectively calculates iRSS(interfering Receiving Signal Strength) and dRSS(desired Received Signal Strength) for a specific channel(S207,S209). The system allocates channels for avoiding interference by comparing the calculated interference reception signal strength with a threshold value. The system calculates SNR through the iRSS and the dRSS for the allocated channel(S217). The system calculates data throughput through the calculated PER(Packet Error Rate)(S221).
