Abstract: A network system for a vehicle according to the present invention efficiently operates a free driving vehicle and supplies a service by approaching a group driving, determining whether the vehicle participates in a group driving by receiving a message which is periodically transmitted from a preceding vehicle, and participating in the group driving by following the preceding vehicle.
