Abstract: 본 발명은 차량의 번호판을 인식하는 시스템으로써, 특히 정지 또는 운행중인 차량의 번호판을 실시간에 자동으로 인식하는 차량 번호판 자동인식 시스템에 관한 것이다.
우리나라의 보유차량이 늘어남에 따라 차량을 이용한 범죄는 나날이 늘고있는 실이며 범되차량을 검거하기 위하여 안하은 인력이 동원되어야 하며, 주차장 및 톨게이트에서 차량을 관리하기 위하여 많은 차량관리 인원이 요구되며 특히 톨게이트애서는 매표를 위한 대기로 인하여 많은 연료 및 시간이 낭비되는 문제점이 있었다.
상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명의 번호판 자동인식 시스템은 루프코일과, 루프코일 감지기와, 영상 포착기와, 영상포착 카메라와, 적외선 스트로브와, 영상 인식기와, 영상검색 전송기와, 영상및 데이타 표시기로 구성된다.
상기와 같은 본 발명은 도로상에 설치하여 범되차량을 실시간에 검거하여 민생치안에 이바지하며 톨게이트나 주차장 등에 설치하여 차량관리를 자동화함으로 국민생활에 편리성을 제고하여 사회발전에 이바지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for guiding a traffic signal passage section is provided to prevent a traffic accident by guiding whether to pass or not in a traffic light. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle passage section guider is installed along a road with a preset space. A check unit(115) checks whether the signal of a traffic light is changed or not through a signal changing unit. A control unit(113) refers to distance information from the vehicle passage section guider to the traffic light and determines whether the vehicle passage section guider is within a distance obtained from the passable time information of the traffic light. A wire and wireless communication unit(111) communicates with a traffic signal control device.

Abstract: A system which automatically detects a car license plate and transmits image of a designated car and the detected car number is disclosed. In the system, a loop coil(11) is installed in front of an overhead device(12) and judges whether or not a car enters. An image and data display device(19) communicates with the overhead device(12) and displays information and image of a designating car. A loop coil sensor(13) is connected to the loop coil(11) and senses a state of the loop coil(11). An image catching device(16) receives an entering signal from the loop coil sensor(13) when a car enters. An image catching camera(14) catches an image according to a driving signal of the image catching device(16). An infrared strobe(15) irradiates a predetermined intensity of irradiation according to a driving signal of the image catching device(16).
