Abstract: PURPOSE: A multi-layered micro lens is provided to improve the efficiency of optical focusing and lighting uniformity. CONSTITUTION: A multi-layered micro lens comprises a substrate (10), first micro lenses (15), and second micro lenses (18). The first micro lens is arranged on the substrate. The second micro lens is arranged on the first micro lens and is formed with a radius which is smaller than the first micro lens. The first and second micro lenses are aligned such that the center of the first and second micro lenses is positioned on the same axis.
