    Abstract: PURPOSE: A transparent color solar cell is provided to improve the efficiency of power generation and transparency by forming an inorganic material having the same quantum dots between a first electrode layer and the electrode layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode layer(20) is formed on a substrate. A transparent material layer(40) has quantum dots with the same size. The quantum dots absorb the visible light of a first wave length which is provided to the first electrode layer. The quantum dots selectively transmit the visible light of a second wave length. A second electrode layer(70) is formed on the transparent material layer.
