PURPOSE: A power receptacle device and a controlling method thereof are provided to reduce consumed standby power during monitoring a standby mode of home appliance and to control power supply of a power receptacle. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(258) receives a control signal from an IR remote relay(100). A power measuring unit(250) measures power which is consumed from a power receptacle. A power switch unit(254) supplies output of a power receptacle(130). A control unit(252) receives the control signal. The control unit controls the power switch unit based on operation profile information.

The present invention relates to a method for managing an inhouse electric fee. The method of the present invention includes the steps of: receiving new and renewable energy profile information including a cumulative supply amount and a supply amount per time by new and renewable energy; receiving system connected profile information including a reverse power transmission amount by an inhouse energy supply and energy sales; receiving fee information for a house from a power system; calculating an energy fee charged in a monthly basis by using the system connected profile information; calculating the monthly energy saving fee by using the information on the energy supply amount to an inhouse load or the reverse power transmission amount to the power system based on the new and renewable energy profile information; summing up the monthly energy fee provided from the power system and the calculated monthly energy saving fee, and calculating the monthly energy fee for which the fee calculation is completed by a time-based energy transaction. Therefore, the method of the present invention can provide various procedures of supplying and demanding energy according to a demand response participation type, the information on calculation details that may be generated by the energy transaction, and an operation function by connecting new and renewable energy power established in the house to an inhouse energy management system having an additional function of managing an energy storing system, and the power system.
