    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for managing the position based knowledge for the intelligent moving object locus management is provided to automatically control the driving of a moving object by deriving/storing/managing a rule from the monitor for the real-time position information of the moving object and the expert logistics information. CONSTITUTION: A fact and the rule of the logistics for the real-time position information of the moving object are defined, and the position based knowledge-base is constructed by using the defined fact and rule. The moving object to apply the position based knowledge-base is selected from a list stored in a moving object database. The real-time position information received from a moving object engine is monitored/filtered, and it is checked that the fact is generated from the position information(501). The rule for the generated fact is scheduled/executed, and a temporary control message is generated depending on a situation(508). It is judged/confirmed that the generated control message is informed.
