Abstract: 본 발명은 개인화된 서비스 제공을 위한 지능형 멀티 에이전트 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 환경의 지능형 멀티 에이전트 시스템에 있어서, 사용자의 이동성에 따른 상황 정보(Context) 및 사용자 관심 정보를 보고하고 이에 기초한 개인화된(Personalized) 서비스를 제공받아 구현하는 사용자 에이전트; 상기 사용자 에이전트에게 상기 개인화된 서비스를 제공하는 물리적 장치의 구동을 제어하는 적어도 하나 이상의 서비스 에이전트; 및 상기 사용자 에이전트와 협의된 동작에 의해 수신한 상기 상황 정보 및 사용자 관심 정보를 토대로 상기 서비스 에이전트 각각의 등록 정보를 참조하여 상기 개인화된 서비스를 계획하고 이를 해당하는 서비스 에이전트에게 전달하는 조정 에이전트를 포함한다.

Abstract: An intelligent multi-agent system and a method for providing a personalized service are provided to automatically offer a service corresponding to propensity of a user to a user mobile terminal without user interruption when a user enters a service domain by enabling an agent to monitor profile information storing interests of the user. A user agent(100) reports context and the interests of the user according to mobility of the user, and receives/implements the personalized service based on the context/interest information. Each service agent(300) controls operation of a physical device providing the personalized service to the user agent. A control agent(200) plans the personalized service and transfers a plan to the corresponding service agent by referring to registration information of each service agent based on the context/interest information of the user. The user agent includes a monitor periodically monitoring the context/interest information of the user, a profile manager, a user mobility detector detecting entry into the service domain(1) according to movement of the user, and a profile negotiator.
