Abstract: PURPOSE: An online application system used in tenant terminals and a method thereof are provided to enable a manager terminal to set a user environment by using an online application. CONSTITUTION: A system comprises an application server (100), a manager terminal (210), a user terminal (220), and a developer terminal (300). The application server sets the usage environment of an online application according to the demand of a manager. Abstract: The present invention relates to business process automation apparatus used for SaaS application development. The business process automation apparatus in the present invention includes a process generation unit which generates a business process customized for a tenant from an SaaS application; a process verification unit which verifies the generated business process; a process mapping unit which maps the verified process to the business logic of a user interface; and a process automation unit which automates the mapped business process when a process instance about the mapped business process occurs.
