Disclosed are a method and apparatus for processing a call. The method for processing a call according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of receiving a signal from a plurality of base stations which support different wireless access technologies; selecting a base station with the smallest signal intensity among the base stations, based on the signal; and supplying call request information to the base station with the smallest signal intensity. According to the present invention, the load of an entire network can be efficiently distributed. The present invention relates to an organic sulfur sorbent, a preparation method thereof, organic sulfur compound adsorption method in liquid petroleum fraction and a reproducing method of organic sulfur sorbent. The concentration of the organic sulfur compound can be lowered to less than 1 ppm with excellent adsorption selectivity of the organic sulfur compound by containing 0.5-30 wt% of an active ingredient which includes rare earth metals and 70-95.5 wt% of a porous support. 본 발명은 유기황 흡착제, 이의 제조방법, 액상 석유유분에서의 유기황 화합물 흡착방법 및 유기황 흡착제의 재생방법에 관한 것으로 희토류 금속과 전이금속을 포함하는 활성성분 0.5-30 중량% 및 다공성 지지체 70-95.5 중량%를 각각 포함함으로써, 유기황 화합물의 흡착 선택도 및 장기 안정성과 재생성이 우수하여 석유유분에 포함된 유기황 화합물의 농도를 1 ppm이하로 낮출 수 있다.
