PURPOSE: A deep packet checking device and a method thereof are provided to trace a packet of a specified user continuously when handover according to movement of a user is generated. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(61) receives the first deep packet checking result about packets of a terminal from a first sub-net before handover when the handover is generated. The receiver receives the second deep packet checking result about the packet of the terminal from the second sub-net after the handover. A coordinator(62) re-arranges the first deep packet checking result and the second deep packet checking result when the handover is generated. The coordinator generates the third deep packet checking result.

CONSTITUTION: A water purification system using an exterior circulative membrane module includes a sealed aeration tank(100), an aeration tank blower(200), a sealed membrane module(300), a membrane blower(400), and a salad processed water storage tank(500). The membrane module includes a membrane(310), a membrane inlet(320), a circulating water outlet(330), and a membrane filtered water outlet(340). The back-washing water is discharged through an exhaust line(22). The water purification system further includes a chemical storage tank(600) supplying disinfecting chemicals, and connected to a back-washing pipe(11). PURPOSE: Lawful interception apparatus and method are provided to efficiently implement lawful interception based on the characteristic of the internet protocol multi-media subsystem. CONSTITUTION: An interception operating unit(110) commands the activation of lawful interception by capturing the first session initiation protocol(SIP) message of a terminal to be intercepted. An interception information internal collecting unit(140) generates intercept related information(IRI) related to the terminal and transmits the IRI to a interception monitoring unit. The interception information internal collecting unit commands the implementation of the lawful interception by capturing the second SIP message of the terminal and commands the termination of the lawful interception by capturing a third SIP message.
