Abstract:
PURPOSE: A receiving apparatus in an OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) system is provided to detect reception signals by estimating distortion matrices combining the unbalanced component of in-phase signals and Quadrature-phase signals and a channel frequency response characteristic. CONSTITUTION: A distortion matrix estimating unit receives a preamble signal including two different long training field symbols. The distortion matrix estimating unit estimates a distortion matrix. An OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) signal processing unit compensates for distortion components from the reception signals by using the distortion matrix. A transmitter includes a preamble generation unit and an OFDM signal processing unit. The preamble generation unit transmits the preamble through two symbol periods by applying Alamouti technique to make a 2x2 non-singular matrix. The OFDM signal processing unit processes transmission signals and the preamble by OFDM.

동기 시퀀스가 2n개인 LTF의 n+1번째 동기 시퀀스의 부호가 STF의 마지막 동기 시퀀스의 부호와 반대인 LTF를 포함하는 프리앰블을 미리 정해진 시간만큼 지연시키는 단계, 프리앰블과 지연시킨 프리앰블 사이의 상관값을 계산하는 단계, 그리고 상관값과 상관값에 대한 임계값을 비교하여 프레임의 경계를 검출하는 단계를 통해 프레임의 경계를 검출하는 방법 및 장치가 제공된다.
Abstract:
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a packet generation method of a physical layer transmitter of a WPAN system in which the transmitter operates an WPAN service in a TVWS is provided. A packet generated by the packet generation method includes: a preamble; a start frame classifier followed by the preamble; a first physical layer header followed by the start frame classifier; and a physical layer service data unit followed by the first physical layer header. In here, the first physical layer header shows whether the packet is a ranging packet for ranging or not and includes a ranging packet identification bit corresponding to a reserved bit of the second physical layer header in SUN system and LECIM system and a parity bit.

주파수 영역 확산을 사용하는 OFDM 규격에서의 프레임 생성 방법 및 장치가 제공된다. 상기 방법 및 장치는 다양한 FDS 및 인터리버 크기에 기반하여 패드 비트의 개수를 결정하고, 결정된 개수만큼의 패드 비트를 삽입한 프레임을 구성함으로써 다양한 FDS를 사용하는 데이터 전송률에 적합한 프레임을 제공하며, 잉여 OFDM 심볼의 구성을 최소화한 프레임을 제공한다.

PURPOSE: A method for forming a frame at an OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) standard using frequency domain diffusion and an apparatus thereof are provided to minimize the configuration of a redundancy OFDM symbol by considering the relation of FDS(Frequency Domain Spreading) and an interleaver size which is helpful for building a low power system. CONSTITUTION: The number of coded bits, which are processed per an OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) symbol of the numbers of NF, or NCBPS is determined based on the NCBPS of an interleaver size and NF(S710). The number of data bits, which are processed per OFDM symbols, or NDBPS is determined based on NCBPS and a coding rate of R(S720). The number of pad bits or NPAD is determined based on the NDBPS(S730). The number of the OFDM symbol in frames or NSYM is determined based on NF and the NDBPPS(S740). An encoded bit is generated by adding the pad bits as much as NPAD increases to a header field in a physical layer(S750).
Abstract:
An RF(Radio Frequency) transceiver for eliminating crosstalk of transceiving switching in a UWB(Ultra Wide Band) system is provided to isolate a signal so that the signal is not outputted from a transmitter when the transceiver operates in a reception mode, thereby eliminating crosstalk of a transmission signal applied to a receiver. A control signal generator is connected between a transmitter and a switch(130), and generates a transceiving switching control signal for isolating a transmission signal outputted from the transmitter when switching a receiving signal to a receiver. A transceiving controller(140) has a crosstalk elimination switch which isolates the transmission signal according to the transceiving switching control signal.
