Abstract: PURPOSE: A broadband monopole antenna is provided to miniaturize the size, reduce the weight, and cover a multi-band by improving the bandwidth of the antenna. CONSTITUTION: A broadband monopole antenna includes a substrate(100), a ground conductor installed on a bottom of the substrate, and a feeding signal line(200) installed on a surface of the substrate. The broadband monopole antenna further includes a supporter, an antenna conductor, and a control conductor. The supporter(300) is installed to the opposite direction to the feeding signal line in order to support the antenna. The antenna conductor(400) is installed on a surface of the supporter in order to generate the multi-resonance. The control conductor(500) is used for connecting the antenna conductor to feeding signal line, supplying the current to the antenna conductor, and controlling a broadband characteristic of the antenna.

Abstract: 본 발명은 단말기에 내장되어 다중 대역 요구에 만족할 수 있는 광대역 모노폴 안테나에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해 광대역 모노폴 안테나는, 기판 상의 급전 신호선과 반대 방향에 설치되어 안테나를 지지하는 지지대, 지지대의 상면에 설치되어 다중 공진을 발생시켜 안테나 역할을 수행하는 안테나용 도체, 및 안테나용 도체와 급전 신호선을 연결하기 위해 기판과 소정 기울기를 갖도록 설치되어 상기 안테나용 도체로 전류를 공급하고 안테나의 광대역 특성을 조정하는 조정용 도체를 포함하고 있다.
이와 같이 하면, 본 발명은 비유전율이 높지 않은 지지대와 급전 부분에 추가되는 사다리꼴 형태의 조정용 도체로 인해 실제 단말기에 내장할 수 있을 정도로 소형화 및 경량화 되고, 안테나의 대역폭을 상당히 향상시켜 다양한 통신 서비스를 동시에 제공할 수 있도록 하고, 광대역 특성으로 다중 대역 요구에 적합하며 방사 패턴도 전방향성을 갖고, 제작이 간편하고 튜닝 작업이 용이해진다.
