Abstract: 본 발명은 다수의 사용자 단말기와 설치형 단말기로 이루어지는 사용자 적응 멀티미디어 제공 시스템에 관한 것으로, 다수의 사용자 단말기는 통신수단 및 출력수단을 구비하고, 설치형 단말기는, 다수의 사용자 단말기와 통신하는 통신수단, 사용자 단말기로부터 전송된 멀티미디어 파일을 클러스터링하고, 현재 사용자 집단의 특성을 나타내는 멀티미디어를 선택하는 프로세서, 프로세서에서 클러스터링된 멀티미디어 데이터를 저장하는 데이터베이스 및, 프로세서에서 선택된 멀티미디어 파일을 출력하는 출력수단을 구비한다. 이로 인해 관리자는 설치형 단말기에 대한 직접적인 개입 없이 특정 장소에 모인 사용자들의 공통적인 특성을 동적으로 반영하는 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: A system for providing user adapted multimedia by using a multimedia accumulation point and a method thereof are provided to provide a media service which dynamically reflects common properties of people who assemble at a specific place without directly intervening in an installation type terminal. A system for providing user adapted multimedia comprises plural user terminals(100a~100e) and an installation type terminal(103). The user terminals include communication devices(101a~101e) and output devices(102a~102d). The installation type terminal includes a communication device(105), a processor(104), a database(108) and output devices(106,107). The communication device performs communication with the plural user terminals. The processor clusters multimedia files transmitted by the user terminals, and selects multimedia expressing properties of a current user group. The database stores the multimedia data clustered by the processor. The output devices output the multimedia files selected by the processor.
