Abstract:
본 발명은 히든이미지를 갖는 자성 보안 요소 및 인쇄 방법에 관한 것으로, 자성 잉크를 이용하여 기재 표면에 특정 세선 패턴을 인쇄하고, 자석을 이용하여 자기장을 인가한 뒤, 건조 및 경화하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 복사에 의해서는 구현이 불가능하며, 나타남과 사라짐의 가역적인 효과를 나타내는 히든 이미지를 형성할 수 있어 위·변조 방지에 이용할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a security particle and an application method thereof. A process is simple. It is easy to control the shape, thickness, or diameter of the security particle and to form a micro-code inside. The identifiability for the micro-code can be improved by providing the light-sensitive characteristics to the security particles in a simple way. The present invention provides the security particle with the micro-code with optical properties different from the outside or with the empty inside by exposing a photocurable polymeric resin with a photoinitiator to an optofluidic lithography system without a mask and the application method thereof.

PURPOSE: A magnetic particle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a magnetic particle which can be specifically encoded and applied to security ink, thereby enabling effective and quick discrimination of forgery. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic particle sensitive to high energy comprises a magnetic core(100), a shell(300), and continuous or discontinuous void(200). The core is formed by dispersing and impregnating a plurality of super-paramagnetic nano particles in a dielectric material or polymer matrix. The continuous or discontinuous void is formed between the core and the shell. The shell includes metal or metal compound containing stable isotope. The gap or diameter of the void is 10nm or greater and the diameter of pores is 50nm or greater.

PURPOSE: A magnetic particle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to conceal an area and shape coated with security particles by using the magnetic particle as security ink for printing marketable securities. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic particle comprises an X-ray absorption layer, a magnetic core(100), a shell(300), and an aperture part(200) formed between the magnetic core and the shell. The X-ray absorption layer includes Gd2O2S:Eu, Gd2O2S:Tb, Y2O2S:Eu, Y2O2S:Tb, La2O2S:Eu, La2O2S:Tb, or compositions thereof.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A magnetic ink for security and an authenticity distinguish method using thereof are provided to enhance accuracy of distinction by using magnetic material and to prevent security information leakage. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic ink for security comprises security particles which is a mixture of first magnetic particles(210) and second magnetic particles, a coloring agent, and a varnish. A coercive force difference between the second magnetic particles and the first magnetic particles is larger than 200 Oe. The first magnetic particles and the second magnetic particles can be obtained from an identical magnetic particle by changing coercive force. The coercive force can be changed by using heat treatment condition including thermal annealing temperature and thermal processing annealing time, mechanical milling, particle size, or a combination thereof, or by adding additives.
