Abstract: The present invention provides a heat storage greenhouse warming apparatus of a solar thermal energy for performing a greenhouse cooling and a temperature rising efficiently by using a high temperature tank and a low temperature tank, which are connected to a solar thermal collector and a rock thermal storage apparatus, and a method for controlling thereof. The heat storage greenhouse warming apparatus of a solar thermal energy according to a proper embodiment of the present invention comprises: a solar thermal collector for obtaining thermal energy from solar energy; a high temperature tank and a low temperature tank for storing a high temperature fluid and a low temperature fluid according to density difference due to temperatures of the fluid by delivering the obtained thermal energy as thermal medium by being connected to the solar thermal collector in parallel through a first circular pipe conduit; a first pump and a second pump for transferring and circulating the thermal medium by being connected to the first circular pipe conduit; a first valve and a forth valve, which are installed in an entrance and an exit of the high temperature tank and the low temperature tank, for opening and closing the first circular pipe conduit; a first and a forth temperature sensor for sensing temperatures of the thermal medium, which circulates in the first circular pipe conduit; and a controlling unit for controlling the first pump and the second pump and the first valve and the forth valve according to temperature condition, which is sensed from the first temperature sensor and the forth temperature sensor.
