Abstract: PURPOSE: An oriental medicinal complex extract fermentation and a cosmetic composition containing the same are provided to remove reactive oxygen in the skin and to ensure antioxidation effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an oriental medicinal complex extract fermentation comprises: a step of mixing Gigantic Angelica, Rehmannia glutinosa, Cnidium officinale, and Paeonia lactiflora Pall. var. hortensis Makino and extracting with water, methanol, ethanol, glycerin, ethyl acetate, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, dichloromethane, or hexane to obtain extract; a step of filtering and freeze-drying the extract; a step of adding yeast to the concentrated resultant and fermenting at 4-40 Deg. C. for 30 days to 12 months. A cosmetic composition contains 0.00002-30 wt% of the fermentation. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of skin softener, lotion, essence, nutrition cream, body cream, baby lotion, or baby cream.
