Abstract: PURPOSE: A platform apparatus for a microfluidics chip is provided to easily prepare for analysis and detection of samples using the microfluidics chip and to combine an upper plate in which a connector is fixed and a lower plate having a chip insertion space. CONSTITUTION: A platform apparatus for a microfluidics chip comprises: a lower plate(10) including a chip insertion space into which the microfluidics chip(1) having a channels is inserted; an upper plate(20) which includes a plurality of connector installation holes(21) combined with the channel of the microfluidics chip; and a connector(30) which is fixed to the connector installation holes and is connected to a tube(2) containing the samples.

Abstract: A microfluidic system is provided to operate it through simple manipulation and to realize miniaturization by grafting a nano gap sensor with a microfluidic chip and to perform all process in a short reaction time by suing only nanogram of samples. A microfluidic system for practical running of a nano gap device comprises a nano gap sensor where an acceptor modified on the surface of a nano gap electrode; a sample inlet for introducing the solution for analyzing; a micro channel which is connected to the sample inlet and provides the channel of the solution introduced through the sample inlet; and a microfluidic chip formed with a sample outlet arranged in the end of the micro channel.
