Abstract: PURPOSE: A small black body for ear thermometers is provided to improve the radiation rate and viewing angle of the small black body. CONSTITUTION: A small black body for ear thermometers comprises a reflector(110), a radiator(120), and an insulating ring(170). The reflector includes a through-hole. The radiator has a recessed portion. The insulating ring is arranged between an edge on the surface of the reflector and an edge on the surface of the radiator. The surfaces of the reflector and the radiator are faced to each other, thereby forming a cavity.
