Abstract: 본 발명은 블레이드 정적 구조 성능을 실 작용 하중과 유사한 하중 형태에서 실시하기 위하여 블레이드의 플랩 방향(Flapwise)과 에지 방향(Edgewise)으로의 두 방향의 하중을 혼합하여 부하가능한 블레이드 정적 강도 평가용 이축 하중 부가 장치에 관한 것이다.
이와 같은 블레이드 정적 강도 평가용 이축 하중 부가 장치는 블레이드를 바닥으로부터 이격된 상태로 고정하는 고정장치와, 블레이드에 장착되는 고정블럭과, 상기 고정블럭의 하부에 장착되는 로드셀과, 상기 로드셀과 연결되는 와이어와 상기 와이어가 감긴 드럼을 포함하며 상기 와이어를 감음으로써 상기 블레이드에 부하를 제공하는 윈치와, 상기 윈치로 상기 블레이드에 부하를 제공할 때, 상기 블레이드에 두 방향으로 부하가 제공되도록 상기 고정블럭과 와이어와의 각도를 조절하는 이축 하중 부하모듈을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a device for applying dual-axis loads for evaluating the static strength of a blade, which can apply loads by mixing the loads in two directions, or a flapwise and an edgewise direction of a blade in order to conduct blade static strength structure performance in a similar load type to the actual load. The device for applying dual-axis loads for evaluating the static strength of a blade comprises: a fixating device which fixates a blade in a separated stage from the floor; a fixed block which is mounted in the blade; a load cell which is mounted in the lower part of the fixed block; a winch which includes a wire connected with the load cell, and a drum wound by the wire, and provides load to the blade by winding the wire; and a dual-axis load applying module which regulates the angle of the fixed block and the wire in order to provide loads for the blade in two directions when providing loads to the blade using the winch.
