Abstract: PURPOSE: A detecting method and device using electrical characteristics of metallic nano particle patterns is provided to detect all organics restored to metallic ions, inorganic, and biomass and polymer even though a trace of a detecting object can be detected with the high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A detecting method using electrical characteristics of metallic nano particle patterns is as follows. Detection solution containing metallic ions contacts to an insulating substrate and detection board(s2). Metallic nano particles are formed into predetermined patterns on the insulating substrate and detection board. The reaction solution containing a detecting object restored to the metallic ions is put into the detection solution(s3). The conductivity of the detection board separated from a mixed solution in which the detection solution and reaction solution are mixed(s5). The metallic ions are restored and extracted to the metallic nano particles by the detection object so that shapes, sizes, or patterns of the metallic nano particles are changed.
