    Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a thermal expansion coefficient of a non-magnetic member is provided to precisely measure the thermal expansion coefficient of the non-magnetic member while storing the non-magnetic member in a normal state. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for measuring a thermal expansion coefficient of a non-magnetic member(2000) includes a coil(100) wound around the non-magnetic member(2000) by a predetermined number and expanded physically. A power supply unit(200) applies current having different polarities to both ends of the coil(100). An electronic thermometer(400) detects a temperature variation of the non-magnetic member(2000). A magnetometer(500) detects a magnetic field variation according to the expansion of the coil(100). A controller(700) is connected to the electronic thermometer(400) and the magnetometer(500).
